Case Study: Development and Implementation of a future e-Commerce Strategy

Our client, one of the leading OEM branded accessories captives intended to develop a strategy on how to use the internet to improve its international business.

We started that project with an evaluation of the existing activities and compared them with competitors, collecting benchmarks both in one’s own and in other industries. Based on that first step we drafted a comprehensive and international e-commerce strategy, discussed it with our customer’s management and prepared a business case.

After implementation decision made by the shareholder DVSB provided implementation support. During the course of two years Internet direct sales was implemented successfully phase by phase while involving trading partners.
