DIN SPEC 77224 on service excellence has now been published after one and a half years of project work involving DSVB Consulting.

DIN SPEC 77224 “Achieving Customer Delight Through Service Excellence” has now been published after one and a half years of project work involving DSVB Consulting.

Project leader was the chair in service marketing of the EBS Business School, Prof. Dr. Matthias Gouthier. Supported was the project by the BMWi (Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Technologie) with the collaboration of Deutsches Institut für Normung e.V. and other well-known companies like Deutsche Telekom or Ritz Carlton.
